THE 4 OFFICIAL EVALUATION CATEGORIES

The 800,000 AED prize pool is set to reward excellence and the preservation of intangible heritage, structured across 4 core sections:

  1. Authenticity of Traditional Costumes

    • Specifics: Rigorous evaluation of the historical accuracy and execution of traditional folk attire. Synthetic, industrial, or mass-produced materials are strictly prohibited.

  2. Traditional Folk Singing

    • Specifics: Judging of archaic vocal execution, national polyphonies, and the master use of traditional heritage musical instruments.

  3. Traditional Folk Dance

    • Specifics: Evaluation of ritualistic choreography, movement precision, and the scenic dynamics of authentic folk dance.

  4. Handmade & Master Artistry (Special Section for Artisans)

    • Specifics: Unique Conditions for Artisans! Each selected craftsman will be provided with a customized exhibition booth inside our luxury gallery, The Handmade Heritage Gallery. Artisans can showcase and sell their creations directly to Dubai's high-end market. Judging will be conducted based on live workflow in front of the Grand Jury, where artisans must demonstrate authentic manual techniques and heritage craftsmanship.

OFFICIAL TERMS & HOST BENEFITS (The 6-Day VVIP Experience)

The organizing committee of Elite Events & Co LLC provides comprehensive logistical support for all approved delegations and artisans:

  • Premium Accommodation: Fully covered stay at premium 4-Star hotels in Dubai for the entire 6 days of the festival.

  • Full Board Hospitality: Three daily meals included (breakfast, lunch, dinner) aligned with international protocol standards.

  • Private Ground Logistics: Dedicated airport transfers upon arrival/departure and daily group transportation between the hotel and the official competition venues for all 6 days.

  • Registration & Processing Fee: Official portfolio evaluation and primary processing require a non-refundable registration fee ($500 USD per Ensemble / $250 USD per Master Artisan). Financial details and the processing invoice will be automatically sent via email following the preliminary review of the submitted video link.

  • Accredited Certification: All participating artists, dancers, musicians, and master craftsmen will be awarded an Official Accredited Certificate of Participation, co-signed and endorsed by Elite Events & Co LLC and CID-UNESCO.

  • Global Digital Exposure: The entire festival framework, official schedule, and highlighted delegation profiles will be featured directly on the official international websites and digital platforms of CID-UNESCO.

All Official Application Process & Participation Terms:

1. How to Apply: To officially register for IFFC 2026 Dubai, please complete and submit the digital registration form.

2. Mandatory Registration & Processing Fees: Following the preliminary review and approval of your submitted video portfolio, the mandatory registration fee must be settled to secure your official slot:

  • Ensembles, Dance Groups & Singers: 500€ per delegation profile.

  • Master Artisans: 250€ per individual profile.

3. Maximum Delegation Sizes (Capacity Limits): To maintain elite protocol and logistical standards, official group sizes are strictly limited to:

  • Folk Category (Singers / Dancers / Musicians): Maximum of 8 members per approved nation.

  • Handcraft Category (Artisans): Maximum of 2 persons per approved nation.

  • Extra delegation members policy: Ensembles or master artisans wishing to bring additional members,staff,musicians or accompanying personnel beyond the official covered quota are highly welcome to do so. However,please note that all extra members will travel and stay entirely at their own expense.Elite Events& Co LLC can assist with securing the same corporate hotel rates for extra members upon request,subject to early availibility.

4. The Handmade Heritage Gallery (Exhibition & Sales): Approved Master Artisans are fully entitled to bring their authentic, traditional products to Dubai. Elite Events & Co LLC will provide a customized exhibition stand free of charge within our luxury gallery for all 45 selected countries. Artisans retain the exclusive right to showcase their live creation process and sell their products directly to Dubai's high-end market.

5. Official Announcements: The final list of the 45 selected countries, alongside the prestigious international names of the Grand Jury panels, will be officially announced and updated soon directly here on our official festival website (www.iffc2026.com).
